Dr Alex Davies

Dr Alex Davies finished his degrees in Medical Science, Medicine and Surgery at the University of Melbourne. His early medical career was spent with Western Health, before starting radiology training with Hunter New England Imaging in Newcastle, NSW. He finished his radiology training with Monash Health in Melbourne, focusing on body and neuro MRI.

He completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention with Imaging @ Olympic Park. Before joining Lake, he most recently worked in New Zealand with Specialist Radiology Group providing subspeciality MSK imaging with a sub-focus on pain management and sports imaging. He also recently worked in the public system with Middlemore Hospital in Auckland.

He is a general radiologist, but has particular interest in musculoskeletal, neurological and abdominal imaging, as well as interventional pain management techniques.
