Dr Raj Sohawon

Dr Raj Sohawon works part-time as a Consultant Radiologist at Lake Imaging in Geelong. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR).

He completed his Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Monash University. Following a diploma in Surgical Anatomy at the University of Melbourne, he undertook postgraduate training in Radiology at Barwon Health. He successfully completed all components of the RANZCR specialist examinations at the 1^st sitting in 2016. He then commenced an MRI Fellowship at Barwon Medical Imaging, gaining further experience in brain, spine, musculoskeletal and abdominal imaging. Dr Sohawon is involved in regular multidisciplinary meetings, in particular, Head & Neck and Colorectal MDMs at Barwon Health. In addition, he will undertake a Fellowship in Breast Imaging at Breastscreen Geelong in 2019.

Dr Sohawon has a special interest in Neuroradiology and Abdominal Imaging.
